AMMRIVA offers artificial/imitation jewellery unless a particular listing expressly states otherwise. Descriptions such as gold-tone, silver-tone, Kundan-style, Polki-style, AD or designer-inspired describe the specified appearance or construction; they do not by themselves certify precious-metal content, natural diamonds or designer manufacture. Each listing will describe its verified materials, finish, dimensions, included pieces and any relevant care information.

4. Images and representations

Screen settings and lighting may cause minor colour differences. Any handcrafted variation should be minor and consistent with the description. These explanations do not excuse a materially different product, missing pieces, undisclosed damage or an inaccurate material claim. Styling props and outfits are excluded unless expressly included. We do not claim affiliation with any third-party designer or brand unless expressly verified. Any edited or illustrative image must fairly represent the item supplied.

5. Prices and payment

Amounts are displayed in Indian rupees unless expressly stated otherwise. The total payable and its breakdown, including applicable taxes, delivery and any optional service selected, are shown before payment. Rental fees and refundable security deposits are displayed separately. Payment options are those offered at checkout or in our official written quotation. Never share payment PINs or OTPs with our team. Where a payment succeeds but confirmation is missing, contact support with the transaction reference; do not pay again without checking.
