4. Get Your Jewellery Delivered

After your order is confirmed, our team arranges delivery. Your jewellery is generally delivered within 2–3 days, depending on availability and your location. We may also arrange delivery as early as the next day where possible.

5. Receive Your Security Deposit Refund

After you return the jewellery according to the agreed rental terms and the item has been checked, your eligible security deposit will be refunded. The refund generally takes around 3–4 days to process, subject to the return verification and applicable terms.
